About US
In the rapidly evolving urban environment today, the application of Building Information Technology has become a key element driving the smart city and digital transformation. The CPWEIA-LUXOR team (here referred to as "The team") has been actively involved in national government projects since 1989, starting from the establishment of basic geographic information to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) systems, and subsequently venturing into the Building Information Modeling (BIM) domain, providing a solid foundation for urban development. With 34 years of participation in over 450 government projects, ranging from local basic public services to nationwide construction system projects, the team has deeply cultivated applications such as GIS, BIG DATA, BIM, and Internet of Things (IoT), integrating professional development teams in the Management Information Systems (MIS)/GIS/BIM information fields.
The application of MIS, GIS, and BIM is crucial for constructing smart cities. The team combines MIS+GIS+BIM to develop various system applications for urban governance, comprehensively expanding data management and spatial analysis. This facilitates collaborative operations among multidisciplinary teams, ultimately enhancing overall efficiency.
